May 22, 2023 –Bridgetown Barbados, 22 May 2023. For an entire week the branches and offices of CIBC FirstCaribbean were abuzz with activity as the bank celebrated and toasted its employees as part of Employee Appreciation Week.
Bedecked in every shade of blue, the chosen color for the week of staff appreciation and celebration, which ran from May 8 to 12, executives, managers and team leaders all joined in daily activities aimed at thanking and showing appreciation to their colleagues.

“My appreciation for the excellent work you are doing is felt every day of the year. We are building a better, stronger and more efficient bank and all because of you. Thank you for everything that you do for us,” he added.
Throughout the week, picnics, a paint and sip session, breakfast events, lunches, outings, a funky fashion show, dancing and even wine tasting were just some of the numerous events teams engaged in across the region. Staffers in St. Maarten enjoyed in-branch massages and received breakfast gift baskets as a token of appreciation.
